Thank you for responding so quickly the weekend I had a virus invade my computer.
I was frantic, as my computer was literally frozen and I could not get it to do anything!
We often forget how reliant we have become on electronics! Although it was not during
your regular work week, you were at my office very quickly. You recognized the issue
immediately, identified the virus and within an hour, I was able to return to work, virus
free! I appreciated the additional tips you offered that saved me money with respect to
anti-virus programs and the review of the maintenance to perform. I am using Microsoft
Security Essentials and have not had any virus issues since your visit. Thank you again for
your knowledge, problem solving, and taking time to help me during your non-working hours.
